Taggz

Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wired Intelligence LTD ("Taggz", "we") for the use of the Taggz app. Please read them before you join a crew.

1. What Taggz is

Taggz helps groups of people run a rotating savings crew. Each member pays an agreed share every day, and each day one member receives the shares paid by the others. Taggz is not a bank and does not take deposits. We never hold your money. Every share is processed by Paystack Payments Ghana Limited, which is licensed by the Bank of Ghana, and is paid directly to the receiving member's own mobile money wallet.

2. Who can use Taggz

You must be 18 or over, live in Ghana, and have a mobile money wallet registered in your own name. You may hold one Taggz account, linked to one mobile money number.

3. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your phone. Keep your phone and codes to yourself: anyone who signs in as you can act on your account. Tell us at hi@blacheinc.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Fees

We show these fees in the app before you pay. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing them.

5. Joining a crew

When a crew starts, each member is given a payout day. On every other day of the round, you agree to pay your share to the member whose day it is. Early payout days go to members with a record of completing rounds, because a member paid early has received money before paying in.

Before a round starts you can leave a crew, and come back with its code. Once a round is running you cannot leave it until it ends: your crew is counting on your shares. The creator of an invite-only crew can set the order of turns, remove a member before the round starts (that person cannot rejoin the crew) and close the crew. If the creator leaves, defaults or closes their account, the crew passes to its longest-standing member. Open crews are ordered by Taggz and start by themselves on the day the last seat is filled.

When your pot arrives. Paystack pays each share into your mobile money wallet on the next working day after it is paid. It does not pay out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, so shares paid on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday arrive on Monday, and a public holiday can add a day. Taggz does not control Paystack's payout timing.

6. If you miss a payment

7. The risk of other members not paying

If a member stops paying, the members after them receive less that round. We reduce this risk by deciding who may take early turns, but because Taggz never holds money, we cannot guarantee that every member will pay or make up a shortfall ourselves. We will give you the records you need if you choose to recover money owed to you.

8. No interest

Taggz pays no interest on shares and charges none. You receive what your crew pays in, less the fees above.

9. Things you must not do

You must not use Taggz for anyone else's money, to hide where money came from, to defraud other members, or in breach of any law. We may suspend or close an account used in these ways, and report it where the law requires.

10. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to hi@blacheinc.com. If you owe shares in a running round, you remain liable for them. Some records must be kept after closure for legal reasons; our privacy policy explains which and for how long.

11. Our responsibility to you

We will run Taggz with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for losses caused by our own negligence or breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by another member failing to pay, by your mobile money provider, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ghanaian consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app at least 30 days before any change that affects you takes effect.

13. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first at hi@blacheinc.com and we will try to resolve any problem within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
