Refund policy

Taggz never holds your money: every share goes straight to the member whose day it is. This shapes what can be refunded.

Sign-up fee (GH₵10)

• Refunded if you were charged by mistake, charged more than once, or paid but your wallet could not be linked because of an error on our side.
• Refunded to the wallet that paid it if it was paid from a mobile money number that is not your own, since that payment cannot verify your account.
• Not refunded once your wallet has been successfully linked, because the fee has done its job.

Shares paid to your crew

A share that reached the member whose day it was is that member's money, and Taggz cannot take it back. If a share was taken from you but did not reach the right member because of an error on our side or our payment processor's, we refund it in full.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hi@blacheinc.com with your mobile number and the date of the payment. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original mobile money wallet through Paystack, normally within 10 business days.

Commission

Taggz's 1% commission is refunded whenever the share it was taken from is refunded.
